General: Formulated with a premium grade of marine and vegetable proteins, Discus FX ensures a balance and highly assimikatable diet suitable for all discus varieties.
Our select grade of white fish meal, Antarctic krill, spirulina algae and pea protein, a further in rich with Marine copepods and other colour enhancing ingredients. Discus FX also features a revolutionary nutritional coating containing essential vitamins, garlic and digestive enzymes.
Dosage: Feed smaller fish only as much as they will eat immediately in a few minutes, 1 to 3 times daily. Small, more frequent feedings are much more safer and healthier than a large, single feeding. All Dainichi foods have a low inclusion of starches to prevent excessive swelling in the digestive tract.
Main Ingredients: White fish meal, wheat flour, Antarctic krill meal, spirulina algae, wheat germ, kelp, pea protein, Brewers dried yeast, montmorillonite clay, gum acacia, copepod meal, astaxanthin, garlic, calcium carbonate, proteas, beta glucan and vitamins and minerals.
Other information: As in all Dainichi foods, there is calcium montmorillonite clay to simulate the natural ingestion of mineral particles and to bind and neutralize metabolic toxins.
Furthermore, the scouring action of the clay enhances the rejuvenation of the digestive tract which when combined with only two sources of starch (flour as binder and wheat germ as a natural source of vitamin E and B) ensures the maximum rate of digestion and assimilation of nutrients.
Typical analysis: Crude protein min. 41%, Crude fat min. 5%, Crude fiber max. 4%, Moisture max. 9%, Ash max. 9%, Calcium min. 2% and Phosphorus min. 0.7%.
